Android Pie coming to Nokia 7 Plus in October

HMD Global, which owns the Nokia brand, is now rolling out an OTA update for Nokia 7 Plus which will bring Android Pie to the device. The update is stable and has gone through extensive testing via various beta updates that were released by the company.

Nokia, after its comeback, has delivered regular updates for its devices including monthly security patch updates. The company has beaten major smartphone manufacturers in this department. Flagship phones from the likes of Samsung, LG are yet to receive the update but Nokia, as promised has updated their phones to latest android version.

How to download

Downloading the update is a fairly simple process – just head over to your settings menu and check for update. Android Pie update for other Nokia phones like the Nokia 3, 5.1 Plus and few others are yet to come.
