Cashify has launched a service wherein, the clients can get their old/broken phones repaired on Cashify. We take complete ownership of your phone, right from picking up the device till delivering it back at your doorstep.

1- Who will repair my phone, is Cashify a trusted resource?
We have tie ups with various trusted partners who will offer repair service for Cashify users. This facility is available only in selected cities at present and we will grow our geographical horizon in the coming future.
2- How much money you will charge for the pick up of the gadget?
Cashify will charge INR 299/- for the gadget pick up from your doorstep. This amount will be paid to the technician at the time of pick up and the remaining amount will be paid once the gadget is repaired and is delivered back to the same address. Please be assured that INR 299 is inclusive of the full amount.
3- How many days it will take to get my gadget repaired?
The gadget would be picked up from the registered address within 48 hours. It will then be repaired and delivered to you within 48 hours (from the time it was picked up).
4- Whom do I contact if my pick up or delivery of the mobile is delayed?

5- Why do I choose Cashify to repair my phone over any local vendor?
Cashify will give you free home pickup and delivery facility, repair invoice along with the warranty of minimum 1 month and more depending upon the gadget type and the vendor.
6- What will be the medium of payment?
At present, we only have cash in hand option. The receipt for the same will be provided to you by the pickup boy.
7- Why do you take Rs. 299 upfront?
This amount is charged for providing the free diagnostics of the phone.
8- Will I get warranty for my repaired device?
We provide minimum 1 month of warranty on each gadget repaired by Cashify.
9- Will my data be secured on the phone?
We ensure that there is no data loss for the phone repaired. However, we suggest that user should have a backup of their data with them before submitting the phone.
11- Where I can find the Repair Tab on the app/website?
At first you have to go to website/app to sell your gadget>follow the steps to generate a quote> if you do not agree with the quote received then click on the tab-Repair.
