The Ideal PUBG Experience Under Rs. 20,000: Which Smartphone You Need?

PUBG under 20000

PUBG has become more of a movement than a game in the country. Even those not remotely interested in gaming can now be found glued to their phones trying to get the coveted Chicken Dinner. The game has brought a paradigm shift in terms of mobile gaming with tournaments and competitions being held in the game’s favor. So what makes PUBG so addictive? The answer to that is the highly-optimized gaming experience mated with interactive gameplay.

If you don’t have a high-end phone, you don’t need to worry. The game will run smoothly on devices that cost even less than Rs. 20,000. The prime contenders of devices that can run PUBG well even on a budget are surely the:

  • Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2,
  • Poco F1,
  • Realme 2 Pro and
  • Redmi Note 6 Pro.

The Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2 has a Snapdragon 660 chipset and can come in a variant with up to 8 GB of RAM. This makes the Max Pro M2 quite a powerhouse for playing PUBG Mobile. Quite honestly, the Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2 is a device that can play PUBG on even high to medium graphics settings thanks to the Snapdragon 660 processor. Plus, it also comes with 6 GB of RAM.

But the Poco F1 is by far the best phone you can use to play PUBG, as it comes with Snapdragon 845 chipset and also has liquid cooling. Those are quite powerful internals for the phone’s price range, and of course, for PUBG mobile itself. The screen on the Poco F1 does have a big notch, but you can hide it for better gameplay experience.

Realme 2 Pro is another ideal smartphone for playing PUBG mobile, as the device comes with a 6.3-inch FHD+ display, powered by Snapdragon 660 AIE processor that ensures accelerated AI-enables performance. The smartphone brings up to 6GB of RAM combines with 128GB storage for great gameplay experience.

The Redmi Note 6 Pro, on the other hand, may not be ideal for playing PUBG mobile at higher settings since the phone comes with a relatively old Snapdragon 636 chipset. Both the devices have good IPS LCD Panels for giving you a great viewing experience while you forge ahead to victory on PUBG.

Based on the overall gameplay experience, Pocco F1 stood out of the rest followed by the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2. Considering the specifications offered by these two within their price range, Asus Zenfonr Max Pro M2 is the real winner.
