Nokia 6 will be releasing in India on August 23, as confirmed by HMD Global – the distribution partner for Nokia.
As opposed to the Nokia 3 and Nokia 5 which were available only through offline channels, the Nokia 6 will be sold exclusively on Amazon. However, to buy the phone you must need to sign up for registrations on the e-commerce website, which are now open.

The 6 will be priced in India at Rs. 14,999, making it the most expensive Nokia Android phone in the market. Vodafone has also come out with an offer where users will get 10GB data per month at Rs. 249 per month for 5 months on their Nokia 6.
The Amazon India launch offers include Rs. 1,000 cashbacks for Amazon Prime users when they purchase the device using Amazon Pay balance.
The Nokia 6 has the highest specifications amongst all the three phones Nokia has been planning to roll out. 5.5-inch full-HD 2.5D screen with Corning Gorilla Glass protection and a fingerprint sensor.
The phone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat and has a Snapdragon 430 SoC processor coupled with 3GB of RAM. The handset packs 32GB of inbuilt storage and also a microSD card support of 128 GB. Also the phone has an impressive battery life of 3000 mAh.
In the department of optics Nokia 6 has a 16 MP rear shooter with a f/2.0 aperture and an 8 MP selfie camera with the same aperture. The handset has USB 2.0 port for connectivity, fingerprint sensor in the front, dual stereo speakers and Dolby Atmos audio enhancement.
