Samsung S8 has taken the mobile market by storm and is in constant competition with leaders like Apple. But, today we are talking about One+ and its next in the line of flagship phones. Why? Because where Samsung missed is when brands like One + ace, and this time it’s about the dual cameras.
Why we need Dual Cameras?
Social media junkies and explorers have certainly raised the expectation from any smartphone that they wish to purchase, and dual-camera is what’s being sought by everyone in their next purchase.
Dual-cameras provides for sharper optical zoom, diffuse blur background, play with focus, color detail and capture better lights. So why wouldn’t someone expect it from the phones that they are willingly paying for?
Although, Samsung missed this shot in its mighty release Galaxy S8, especially when the price tag is almost 60k. Enter One+ and its upcoming Gen 5 phone!
What the leaks suggest.
In past one month, we have witnessed more than a handful of proposed designs, with or without bezels; creating a non-uniform image of what’s to be expected. But recently, the leaked designs have become more consistent.
But one thing is for sure, that’s dual camera to come with One plus 5. And the news was confirmed by the company itself in a tweet to troll its competitions.
For most of the times, dual cameras have mostly occupied either corner of the phone. But One+ is up with something different, and that is a series of two vertically aligned cameras at the back, complemented by an LED flash below them.
While the leaks suggest a bezel-less design on the phone’s front panel, nothing has been reported with absolute confirmation about the same.
Even the latest images of OnePlus 5 were covered under some kind of skin, thereby it’s still a mystery of what final elements in the design are.
OnePlus have claimed the Plus 5 model to be first of its kind smartphone in India that shall come equipped with Snapdragon 835 SoC. And that could be a bad news for the rival brands.
Aside from the advanced tech, the OnePlus 5 is expected to feature 5.5-inch QHD (1440×2560 pixels) display, with 64GB built-in storage, expandable to up to 128GB via microSD card.
No confirmations have been given on the price. But looking at the specs that we’ve at hand, one can certainly expect it to be at least a 30k affair or maybe more.
Putting aside all the rumors and made up news, we’ll have to wait till 20th June, when the phone actually gets released and find out for ourselves.
Since the date is not too far, it could be an ideal window to make up your mind and start saving for that shiny new piece of tech. But don’t just stack your used device for no good reason. Instead, you can sell it online with Cashify, and get paid in cash within 48 hours.
