Tinder Gold Is Coming – To Let You See Who Liked You

TrulyMadly vs Tinder in India

Some lovely news for our frequent Tinder users. On June 28, Tinder announced a new service – ‘Tinder Gold’. This service is only limited to members, and includes features like five superlikes per day, one boost per month, unlimited likes, passport, rewind etc.

The company will first evaluate this service in Canada, Australia, Mexico and Argentina.

See Who Likes you

Why this new update of Tinder is generating buzz is because of the new “Likes you” feature. This element will instantly let you see who has swiped right on you in a moment so that you two can start talking instantly.

A statement from Tinder says, “As this test feature is integrated, double opt-in will continue to be an essential part of the Tinder experience, meaning both users have to swipe right for a match to be made and for them to be connected.”

This addition to Tinder has the aim of making the use of Tinder more comfortable for its users as the users would not be required to go through multiple profiles in anticipation of matches, instead they can directly see “likes you” in the same area where you matches appear.

Pricing & Release

Pricing details related to Tinder Gold have not been released yet, but is expected to be on similar pricing structure as Tinder Plus.

In recent past, Tinder has been criticised for the ‘hook up’ culture it has been promoting. Nonetheless, despite all the criticisms, it has succeeded to remain the most popular dating app ever – and spawned so many others.
