A. The device you donate will be used for children’s education by facilitating online classes. To serve this purpose, the device has to be a 3G or a 4G-enabled device that supports fast internet connectivity, video calling, data calling, etc. If the device is found to have any flaws, it will be refurbished. The children will be handed a new set of refurbished smartphones following the same.
A. Please note that any device that doesn’t support 3G or 4G, and can’t be used for video conference classes, will go to our e-waste processing unit. While it’s great to reduce your carbon footprint by recycling e-waste, these devices will not help the cause behind the Donate for Education campaign.
A. Yes. Although these will not be passed on to the students. We’ll replace your contribution with a smartphone of equivalent value and pass it on to the beneficiary.
