    Only the best quality screens qualify our testing and grading process. Be rest assured that all parts used by us are 100% safe. Only a device manufacturer’s authorized service provider can claim their parts as original. ScreenPro uses AAA top quality parts for any repair service. The functionality and sensitivity of the parts are at par with their original counterparts. Hence, we provide 6 month warranty on our spare parts.

  • How long will the screen replacement take?

    The entire screen replacement process takes about 60-90 minutes approximately since your phone is handled by trained and efficient professionals, you can relax while it is being repaired. We will ensure everything is done perfectly!

  • Where will the screen replacement take place?

    The screen replacement will take place at your preferred location, be it your home or office. We just need a place to sit and replace the screen. However, please ensure there is a power plug nearby for us to use some of our tools.

  • Will your technician also fix any other issue of my phone?

    It is definitely on the cards but for now, we only offer screen replacement. Please let us know in advance for any issue with your device and, we will try our best to help.

  • What if I change my mind after I have scheduled an appointment?

    We would love to ensure that this does not happen, but in case it does, you can reschedule the order anytime. Please let us know your preferred time and location and we will reschedule your repair request accordingly.   • After the screen is replaced, if I don’t like the screen will you return my money?

    We use the best quality screens available in the market and hence it is unlikely that you will feel the need to change it. Our technician will show and let you use the new screen before the final replacement happens. However, if you still don’t like it, we will not proceed with the screen replacement and won’t charge you a penny. Also, in case you face any display issues post the screen replacement, we offer a 7-day Money Back Guarantee.

  • What If your technician damages my phone, while replacing the screen?

    We take full responsibility for the phone once it is handed over to us. There is minimal chance of causing any damage since our team consists of trained professionals. However, in the unlikely event that a damage is caused at our end, we will fix your phone at our cost and return it back in its original condition. When we say it, we mean it. Be rest assured that your device is in safe hands.

  • When and how can I make the payment?

    You need to pay only when the screen is replaced and you are fully satisfied with the service. You can either pay in cash or transfer the money online via PayTM or Bank IMPS Transfer.

  • How do I cancel/reschedule my order?

    Once you have placed an order, you can simply cancel or reschedule it from your order details page itself. You can also go to your profile section, then under orders, you can cancel any of your active orders that you wish to. However we would need a reason for your cancellation or rescheduled appointment in order to understand and help you server better.
