The Services constitute a technology platform that connects users of Cashify ScreenPro (“Refurbind Tech Private Limited) mobile applications or websites provided as part of the Services (each, an "Application") who are seeking gadget (Phones, tablet, Laptop etc) repair by trained professionals. Under agreement with Cashify ScreenPro, the Services are made available solely for your personal/ non-commercial use unless agreed otherwise, in writing in a separate agreement with you.
You understand and agree that usage of the Services may result in payments by you for the services you receive from us ("Charges"). After you have received services, Cashify ScreenPro will facilitate payment of the applicable Charges on using the preferred payment method you have designated while initiating or modifying your Account, and will send you a receipt vide email at the end of each session. By utilizing the Services, it is understood and agreed that payment of the Charges in such manner shall be considered the same as payment made directly by you to us. Charges will be inclusive of applicable taxes whosoever required by law. Charges paid by you are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by Cashify ScreenPro in its sole discretion. While you do retain the right to request lower Charges from us for services received by you from us at the time you receive such services from us, Cashify ScreenPro will respond accordingly to any request from us to modify the Charges for a particular service.
You understand and agree that
(i) all Charges are due immediately and (ii) payment will be facilitated by Cashify ScreenPro using the preferred payment method you have designated while initiating or modifying your Account. If your primary account payment method is determined to not able to be charged for any reason whatsoever, you agree that Cashify ScreenPro may, use a secondary payment method in your account, if available. Cashify ScreenPro reserves the right to establish, remove and/or revise Charges for any or all aspects of the Services at any time at Cashify ScreenPro' sole discretion. Cashify ScreenPro will use reasonable efforts to inform you of Charges that may apply, provided that you will be responsible for Charges incurred under your account regardless of your awareness of such Charges or the amounts thereof. We may from time to time provide certain users with promotional offers and discounts that may result in different Charges for the same or similar Services, and you agree that such promotional offers and discounts, unless also made available to you, shall have no bearing on your use of the Services or the Charges applied to you. You may choose to cancel your request for Services from us at any time.
Our technician will check the phone for faults/issues and inform you of the same. Such pre-existing issues are not our responsibility & might/might not get fixed after the screen replacement. Please inform the technician at this point if you don’t want to continue the service. After the screen replacement you pre-existing issue ( like speaker. Mic etc) may still be faulty and you might need to get them fixed by another repair vendor. We have the right to refuse to service the device which we feel are not fit for screen replacement.
Our technician will take back customer's phone old screen after new screen replacement process. This is an important step to activate your Cashify ScreenPro warranty and fail safe mechanism for our technician to put corrupt parts into the system. It is a mandatory process. If you still want to retain the older screen then the warranty will only be valid for 3 months ( 90 days) instead of 6 months ( 180 days).
We use the best quality parts for repair. Generally, we get these parts directly from OEM supplier factory. Please note that these parts may not be sourced from Brand itself and don’t carry brand warranty. All Warranty provided is by Cashify only. Also, as Cashify ScreenPro is a third party service and is not related to any brand, after using ScreenPro service if your device has any active warranty it will become void.
1. We do not necessarily use original Apple parts to repair the phone.
2. Please note that repairing your phone on Cashify ScreenPro will void the Apple warranty.
3. Please note that fingerprint sensor of home button is connected to screen and may have been internally damaged when your screen is damaged. ScreenPro service undertakes the repair of the “Screen” and not the fingerprint sensor. We would do our best to make sure the finger sensor works after screen replacement but cannot guarantee the same.
We provide a 6 month warranty on every mobile screen (not on any other mobile phone component) replaced by us. The 6 months warranty covers :
If the screen replaced by us causes any above mentioned issues, you can claim a brand new screen with the continued warranty of 6 months!

Our team generally resolves an issue within 48 hours to 72 hours from the moment you send us a query. You will get acknowledgement over mail for your query and your issue will be sorted as soon as possible.
Warranty is limited to the parts and/or service(s) that were paid for. If only parts were purchased, warranty is limited to the replacement of the parts. If parts and repair service were purchased, warranty extends to cover the labor cost of part replacement and any other repairs specifically resulting from the initial repair.

For all warranty escalations post-repair service, we have the full authority to determine whether the escalation is valid for warranty or not. We will take a maximum of 7 working days to schedule another visit or reject your escalation.
Valid Escalations : Issues which are due to our screen quality or technicians fault
Non- Valid Escalations : issues which are an impact of accidental damage/ due to earlier issues / fault of parts which are not related to screen replacement. Detailed list given below.
Our warranty also does not cover the outcome of a repair if certain pre-repair conditions exist, including-
There maybe 1 in 1000 cases where during the replacement process the device may get damaged. In any case where during the repair process the device is damaged then the following procedure is followed
***Please note:- The warranty is valid only for the specific device repaired and the original customer. It is not transferable across devices or if the device is sold or handed over to another individual.
Free tempered glass is an offer (Free gift on screen replacement) at no extra cost. In case you do not like the quality of tempered glass or we do not have stock at the time of repair or you don't want tempered glass, we will not offer any additional discounts. We have full authority to act as per our discretion in regard to free gift. ScreenPro has full right to revoke this free gift for any service at any point of time.
