Log into the Instagram account you want to deactivate.
Step 1:
Click on the menu in the bottom left, then go to Settings.
Step 2:
Navigate to Accounts Centre > Personal details > Account ownership and control.
Step 3:
Select 'Deactivation or deletion,' choose the account, and click 'Deactivate account.'
