The Razr 50 features a 50MP wide and 13MP ultra-wide rear camera, while the Ultra has a 50MP wide and 50MP telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom. The two devices share a 32MP front-facing camera

Battery and Charging

The Razr 50 features a 4200 mAh battery, while the Ultra features 4000 mAh but benefits from quicker 45W charging as opposed to 30W. Both benefit from 15W wireless charging with the Ultra including 5W reverse charging.

Design and Build

Both phones are nearly even in weight, with the Razr 50 coming in at 188.4g and the Ultra at 189g, and with minimal difference in thickness.

The Razr 50 Ultra has more performance, higher refresh rate, telephoto camera, and quicker charging, whereas the Razr 50 has marginally bigger battery and daily features needed.
