Instagram's Notes now support short video clips with text captions, a new feature from Meta.

Video notes are now available globally on Instagram's Notes feature. They have a two-second loop limit and won't replace Instagram Stories for video sharing.

Instagram is also adding response options for Notes, including photos, videos, audio messages, stickers, and GIFs, enhancing conversations within the platform.

  • Open Instagram DMs and select "Notes."
  • Tap the "+" to create a new Note.
  • Record a video, add a caption.
  • Choose your audience: "Mutual followers" or "Close Friends."
  • Tap "Share" to post.

STEPS TO CREATE VIDEO NOTES

It's crucial to mention that video Notes can solely be recorded within the app using the front-facing camera; no option to upload videos from your phone's gallery
