Redmi A3 Review in 7 Points: Budget Phone in

a Fast-Paced World

DESIGN

In contrast to other phones in this category, the camera module is assertive and has a high-end appearance. The camera module on it resembles that of Xiaomi's flagship phone, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra.

DISPLAY

Other than that, this 6.71-inch IPS LCD panel with HD+ resolution is quite good. It works well enough to browse Facebook and view YouTube videos.

PERFORMANCE

In terms of processor, Redmi has chosen to use the same octa-core Mediatek Helio G36 technology that is found in the Redmi A2/A2+. In terms of daily use, the phone functions fairly well.

BATTERY LIFE

The 5000mAh battery of the Redmi A3 gave me around 1.5 days of use. It is easily extendable to two days for light users.

CAMERA

With an 8-megapixel primary camera and a less effective 0.08 MP auxiliary lens, this phone has two cameras. On the front is a 5MP selfie camera as well.

vERDICT

With the A3, Redmi has produced a respectable competitor in the low-cost market. Its standout features include its striking design, Gorilla Glass 3 protection, and stock Android 14 experience.
