iQOO 9 Launch in India 

The iQOO 9 and iQOO 9 Pro smartphones were launched in China earlier this month, and the series is now available in India. On February 23, the Chinese smartphone company launched the iQOO 9 series in India. The iQOO 9 was launched with a 4350mAh battery and support for 120W fast charging. The device arrived with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ 5G chipset, a 3D Ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, and a triple 48-megapixel back camera system. iQOO 9 Price in India 

The iQOO 9 is priced at Rs 42,990 for the 8GB/128GB variant and Rs 46,990 for the 12GB/256GB variant. It will be available in two colourways, including Legend and Alpha. Pre-orders for the phone will begin on February 23rd through Amazon, with the company giving a Rs 4,000 immediate discount on EMI transactions made with an ICICI Bank credit card, a Rs 3,000 exchange incentive, and no-cost EMI. This effectively reduces the price to Rs 38,990.

iQOO 9 Design 

Rear-facing cameras of the iQOO 9 Pro series are placed on a broad camera island that almost covers the whole top half of the display. The module has a very tiny protrusion that will cause no problems for users.  With a metal frame composed of aerospace-grade aluminium alloy, the gadget is also sturdy enough.

Using the matte AG splicing technique, a micro-film condensing AG process is applied to the glass surface, resulting in a textured pattern with the appearance of two different colours and a rough feel. The ultrasonic 3D wide-area fingerprint sensor in the iQOO 9 series unlocks the smartphone in 0.2 seconds and requires just a single entry.

iQOO 9 Display 

It has a 6.56-inch E5 AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, a 19.8:9 aspect ratio, and 1,500nits of peak brightness on the iQOO 9. HDR10+ certification and an 80,00,000:1 contrast ratio are included in the display’s specs. It also has a 120Hz refresh rate.

iQOO 9 Performance 

iQOO 9 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ 5G CPU manufactured by using 4nm production technology. There is a built-in Adreno 730 GPU for graphics-related operations. A total of 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS3.1 storage are available. It has VC liquid cooling to maintain the temperature at a reasonable level while you play.

FuntuchOS 12 is pre-installed on top of Android 12 on the phone. Dual-SIM, 5G, 4G, Dual-band WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, and QZSS are all available as options for connectivity.

iQOO 9 Camera 

Triple rear-facing cameras and an LED flash are included on the iQOO 9. This phone has a 48MP Gimbal sensor with an f/1.79 aperture. A 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens with a 120° field of view and an aperture of f/2.2 is included with the camera. A 12MP portrait lens with a 47mm focal length and an aperture of f/2.46 is also available. It has a 16MP front-facing camera with an f/2.45 aperture for taking selfies and making video calls.

iQOO 9 Battery 

There is a 4350 mAh battery unit on board, as well as 120W fast charging capabilities and a Type-C charging connector on the bottom of the phone. The gallium nitride material is used in the construction of the 120W ultra-fast flash charging small charger.
