Worst experience, Sold my device and did not get payment as quick as expected , cashify citing Puja holiday , server issue and others as excuses of non payment even for UPI mode of payment...don't sell your device here they reduce your selling price drastically...30 to 40 percent of what the show you in app...they will not pay what they show you on cashify app...if you need to sell device better go to reliance digital.....

Shortage of space. Some of the store managers are extremely inefficient (I had to waste 2 hours because of one such manage). Expect to get at least 1-2 K less compared to promised amount. But they pay back instantly.

(Original) ভীষণ রকম খারাপ সার্ভিস এবং খারাপ ব্যবহার । সুপার কন্ডিশনার আইফোনের নিচে দেখবেন স্ক্রু খোলা হয়েছে ব্যাটারি বুস্ট করে আপনাকে দেখানো হবে কেনার একমাস পর টের পেয়ে যাবেন । অতএব আফটার সেল সার্ভিস খুব জঘন্য এদের কাছ থেকে পাওয়া যাবে তার ধারণা আপনার অটোমেটিক হয়ে যাবে । শুধু তাই নয় এদেরকে ফোন করে যখন কথা বলবেন দেখবেন একরকম কথা বলছে যখন স্পটে যাবেন তখন দেখবেন পুরোপুরি পাল্টি খেয়ে যাবে । আইফোন যদি কিনতেই হয় আমি তো বলবো একটু কষ্ট করে নতুন কিনুন । আর অন্য কোম্পানির যদি সেকেন্ড হ্যান্ড মোবাইল কিনতেই হয় olx-এ দেখে শুনে কিনুন এদের থেকে অনেক ভালো কন্ডিশনে কম দামে পেয়ে যাবেন । আর ক্যাসি ফাই থেকে অনলাইনে তো ভুলেও কিনবেন না । সুপার কন্ডিশনের মোবাইলেও দেখবেন হাজারটা স্ক্র্যাচ রয়েছে কেবিল কাটা রয়েছে এবং তারপর এক্সচেঞ্জ করাতে গিয়ে আপনার মাথার চুল ছিড়তে হবে । অনলাইন এবং অফলাইন দুই জায়গাতেই আমার নিজস্ব অভিজ্ঞতা থেকেই বললাম আগে আপনার ইচ্ছা ।
