WSA: Warranty Service Agreement for the Covered Product, the terms and conditions of which have been set out in this document.

We, Us, Our: the issuer of WSA i.e. Cashify

You, Your: the person to whom We are issuing – WSA.

Coverage Start Date: this is the date when customer received the delivery from retailer but should not exceed 15 days from Cashify’s Invoice date.

Coverage Amount: the maximum coverage amount of Cashify WSA

Coverage Term: this is the tenure of coverage of WSA which is mentioned on the box or while purchasing the device.

Coverage Type: this defines the level of coverage. Specified explicitly our WSA’s will NOT cover Accidental Damage from Handling or by any other nature.

Our WSA does not include any Accidental Damage or Fluid Damage by any nature even if explicitly covered under Manufacturer warranty.

Purchase Price: the purchase price of the Covered Product specified on the Invoice

Invoice: the original invoice that has been issued to You by a certified/authorizedVendor/Retailer for the Covered Product for which there is a WSA

1. INTRODUCTION – WHAT IS COVERED

a) Under this WSA, if a Covered Product suffers a breakdown at any time during the term of Your WSA, the Covered Product will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Cashify. A device containing similar features will be provided if a device of the same make and model is not available at the time the replacement is supposed to be made.

b) This WSA effectively transfers the risk of failure from You onto Ourselves upto the Coverage End Date, while ensuring standardized repair service for your devices. The WSA is limited only to the manufacturing/workmanship defects in the Covered Product.

c) Accessories & Battery have warranty coverage for only up to 3 months.

2. WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This WSA does not cover the following components or specific conditions

a) Physical or accidental damage of any kind that causes internal or external components to malfunction.

b) Malfunction issues arising on account of liquid/water damage.

c) Issues arising out of wear and tear of the Covered Product.

d) Issues or costs arising due to unauthorised repairs carried out on the Covered Product, improper usage and defects due to electrical wiring, plug(s), switches, etc.

e) Breakdown on account of use of any accessories not originally provided by the manufacturer of the Covered Product.

f) Issues arising as a result of non-operating or cosmetic deterioration that do not affect the functionality or operation of the Covered Product.

g) Any issue occurring prior to the commencement of the WSA or after its expiry.

h) Product(s) with removed or altered serial numbers. This limitation of liability applies in all circumstances i.e. when damages are sought, a claim made under this limited WSA or as a tort claim (including negligence and strict product liability), a contract claim, or any other claim. This limitation of liability cannot be waived or modified by any person. This limitation of liability will be effective even if Customer has advised Cashify/ its representative of the possibility of any such damages or even if such possibility was reasonably foreseeable.

3. MAXIMUM LIABILITY

The maximum amount payable by us under this WSA will be the Purchase Price of your product as mentioned on the Cashify’s invoice. However, the payout amount is calculated depending on the below criteria:

Refund Breakup – Days (Delivery Date to Complaint Date)

  • Upto 15 days – 100%

  • 16 – 30 days – 97%

  • 31 – 60 days – 95%

  • 61 – 90 days – 90%

  • 91 days – 120 days – 85%

  • 121 days – 150 days – 80%

  • 151 days – 180 days – 75%
  • In the event that we make payments for repairs or replacements or for Gift Cards reflecting the replacement cost of an item of equal or equivalent features and functionality, which in the aggregate, are equal to the Coverage Amount, the WSA will be considered as fulfilled and we will have no further obligations, notwithstanding any outstanding term of the Service Agreement.

    4. GENERAL

    a) Please reach out to the nearby retail store and our store team will assist you. In case, the retail store is not available, please contact our Customer Support team on our WhatsApp complaint number at 9330303035 or write to us at return@cashify.in.

    b) Physical condition issues (scratches/dents,etc) to have 2 days return timeline from delivery date.

    c)The consumer must provide the IMEI number of the handset, so as to establish the validity of the warranty period as stated above.

    d) The consumer must share the front, side & back images of the handset before packing for pickup and if required, need to showcase the issues faced through video recording. Guidance for video creation will be provided by our helpline executive.

    e) We may subcontract the services provided under any Cashify WSA without notice to the Customer.

    f) In the event of repairs of any part/s of the unit, this WSA will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the WSA. The time taken for repair and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period.

    g) This Agreement is the complete and exclusive agreement between Cashify and Customer relating to the subject matter hereof. Retailer is not a party to this agreement and hence bears no liability regarding this agreement. Any statements or representations made by resellers, ASPS or others that are inconsistent with this Agreement shall not be binding upon Cashify. No amendment or modification shall be binding unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Cashify.

    h) We shall not be liable for delay in furnishing or failing to furnish service if such delay or failure is caused by an act of God, strike, governmental action, non-availability of spare parts or any other cause beyond Cashify’s control.

    i) Any disputes arising in connection with this WSA shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising hereunder.

    REFURBISHED LAPTOPS

    Warranty Coverage:

    We offer a warranty for duration of six (6) months from the invoice date on all refurbished laptops purchased from Cashify and insured by XtraCover Services Private Limited. 

    1. This includes:

    1. Easy refund/replacement policy for the first 5 days from the date of receiving the invoice. For laptops purchased Offline or online, refund can be availed with 15 days of order delivery. In case you’re unable to upgrade or the replacement for your laptop is not available, a full refund will be initiated except for cases related to cases mentioned in Point 2.
    2. In order to ensure successful replacement , please keep the device’s original packaging, MRP tag, and accessories that came with the product intact.
    3. Any refund/replacement request related to cosmetic/physical conditions (scratches, dents, etc.) should be raised within 24 hrs of the device invoice date. Refund/replacement requests related to cosmetic/physical conditions such as scratches, dents, etc. that are raised after 24 hours from date of delivery will not be accepted. 

    1.1. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase and is valid up to 180 days from the date of delivery. 

    1.2. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. 

    1.3. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser as per Cashify records. Warranty Services:

    1.4. During the warranty period, if a defect arises in the refurbished laptop, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the laptop. 

    1.5. Repair or replacement will be carried out with parts or products that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability. 

    1.6. Any replaced parts or products become the property of the company and warranty on these parts shall be limited to the remaining period of warranty. 

    1.7. If a laptop is replaced, the warranty coverage on the replaced laptop will continue for the remaining warranty period. 

    Warranty Exclusions:

    2. The warranty DOES NOT cover:

    1. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or any damage resulting from improper use, accident, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair or modification. 
    2. Accidental, physical and internal damage
    3. Damage caused by software, viruses, or incompatible software/hardware
    4. Any data loss or corruption. It is the responsibility of the user to back up their data.
    5. Damages caused by accessories or peripherals not included in the original purchase. 

    Claiming Warranty Service:

    3.1. To claim the warranty service:

    1. Contact XtraCover Services Private Limited on 08860396039 (9 am – 8 pm), Monday-Saturday or write to support@xtracover.com
    2. You will have to provide the original proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. If possible, please share a clear video highlighting the issue.
       

    3.2.  In case you are unable to reach Xtracover, please feel free to contact our Customer Support team at our WhatsApp complaint number (9330303035), or write to us at return@cashify.in. Our Customer Support team will guide you through the warranty claim process, including troubleshooting steps and potential return instructions. 

    REFURBISHED SMARTWATCHES

    Every Cashify Refurbished Smartwatch comes with a warranty duration of 15 days from the invoice date for all refurbished smartwatches purchased from Cashify (offline/online).

    1. This includes:

    1. For Refurbished Smartwatches purchased from Cashify’s offline store or website, a refund can be availed within 15 days of invoicing. In case you’re unable to upgrade or the replacement for your device is not available, a full refund will be initiated except for cases related to cases mentioned in Point 2.
    2. In order to ensure successful replacement, please keep the device’s original packaging, MRP tag, and accessories that came with the product intact.

    Warranty Exclusions:

    2. The warranty DOES NOT cover:

    1. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or any damage resulting from improper use, spill of foods or liquids, accident, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair or modification.
    2. Accidental, physical and internal damage
    3. Damage caused by software, viruses, or incompatible software/hardware
    4. Any data loss or corruption. It is the responsibility of the user to back up their data
    5. Damages caused by accessories or peripherals not included in the original purchase


    Important (For Offline)

    In case of Apple smartwatches, please ensure that it is not iCloud-locked.

    NOTE: Please read this warranty policy carefully before using your refurbished laptop. By using the laptop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this policy. All warranty information, product features and specifications are subject to change without.
