A. Total safety is assured on our part. In case your device is found to contain any data, it will be completely erased before it moves on to the next user.
A. You will be required to share copies of your address and identity proof so that we can validate the ownership of the handset. You may also need to sign a bonafide form for security purposes at the time of pickup.
A. Please note that any device that doesn’t support 3G or above, and can’t be used for video conference classes, will go to our e-waste processing unit. While it’s great to reduce your carbon footprint by recycling e-waste, these devices will not help the cause behind the Donate for Education campaign.
