FAQs
A. You should donate the smartphone which should ideally be in a working condition. Minor issues are fine as we will repair them and make the phone ready for use. Please do not donate feature phones as they would not serve the purpose of online education.
A. Once you generate a pickup request, it will be assigned for collection to a pickup executive. Please ensure the device is submitted in a box so that it does not incur transit damage.
A. We ensure your device data is erased completely before we hand it over to a new needy user.
A. We’ll require copies of your address and identity proof to validate the ownership of device. You may also be required to fill in a bonafide form
