Job description -

The Digital Media Planner is the steward of the entire investment and implementation process of Digital and works very closely with Business Arm of Cashify.

Job Responsibilities - Media Activation and Execution
- Provides digital partner selection and rationale
- Assess and evaluates vendor proposals in line with lead objective
- Assist in developing investment strategies for maximizing media dollars and media efficacy
- Acts as a key negotiator working with vendors to ensure smart investments are made
- Performance media background (acquisition campaign based planning/buying) desired but not mandatory.
- Understanding of B2B vs. B2C audience.
- Ability to make optimizations recommendation based on insights pulled from data- Maintains media budgets and changes to media plan post negotiation
- Keep abreast of all invoices, billing and delivery issues; oversees accounts discrepancie
- Works with creative team to understand creative assets available and any custom placement
- Manages intricacies of various digital tracking services, including Google’s Double click Campaign Manager
- Works with Digital Ad Operations to ensure flawless implementation of digital media and supports in all digital media tracking troubleshooting
- Analyzes tracking results and write detailed summaries of end of campaign result
- Accurately aligns digital media investment with correct measurement KPIs.
- Strategic Thinking & Leadership: Works with management team to develop strategies for digital buys. Strategizes ways to most effectively use digital media dollars to the greatest benefit for our clients. Provide guidance to team members to nurture/promote team environment.

Job Requirements-

• Bachelor’s Degree or college degree in relevant field of study 
• 4+ years of media planning/buying experience, including at least 2 years focused on online 
• High level of proficiency with full planning cycle and development/implementation of media plan 
• Thorough understanding of the media process, media department and inter-department relationship 
• High level of confidence with an ability to manage expectations with internal and external stakeholder 
• Strongly proficient with numbers and budgets, with a preference for College/University   
• Mathematics education- Strong analytical skills, ability to relate results to client business objective

We are looking for passionate and sharp Automation Test Engineer to join our Cashify Team. As QA Engineer, you will ensure that our mobile apps are stable and run efficiently.  You will also ensure that our backend systems run smoothly.

Job Description:

• Create and execute mobile test automation strategy for mobile apps across android and ios apps. 
• Should be able to analyze complex Business and System requirements and identify potential gaps. 
• Work with developers in designing a test strategy to integrate certain components of the application in the absence of a fully integrated flow. 
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test case 
• Share QA process frameworks, tools, and best practices that can be adopted throughout the organization. 

Job Requirements:

• Must have overall 5-8 Years of professional experience, preferably in product based company. 
• Must have at least 3+ Years of experience into Automation Testing of Backend APIs and mobile based apps across android and Ios platform. 
• Min 2+ years of experience in Selenium Automation testing and framework maintenance/development. 
• Must have hand-on experience with Appium and REST . 
• Should be well versed with Java as scripting and backend language. 
• Familiarity with CI tools like Jenkins.

Requirements:

• Catering to customer visits and collecting mobile and documents. 
• Must have good communication skills.

• Filling the App based form according to company’s requirement. 
• Submitting/Uploading the collected data on time according to the process and guidelines of the company. 
• Must have two-wheeler along with permanent driving license.

• Responsible for designing, developing and implementing test plans, test cases and test processes fueling swift corrective actions, significant cost savings and fault-free software. 
• Must have hands-on experience with database testing and sql server. 
• Execute all the test case and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect. 
• Carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code to fix defects. 
• Generating reports such as defect analysis report, project status report, etc. 

Requirements:

• Must have at least 3+ Years of professional experience with Manual Testing. 
• Must have hands-on experience with database testing. 
• Good understanding of Smoke testing, Integration testing, and system testing, and Regression Testing, Stress Testing, Black box and white box testing. 
• Candidates with experience in Appium tool will be given preference.
