    Job Purpose: We are looking for a sharp sales professional to join us as Enterprise Sales Manager for Global Markets. The incumbent will be directly responsible for driving end-to-end sales of our SaaS product from prospecting to closure.

    Job Description:

    1. We are looking for a sales professional to join us as Enterprise Sales Manager for Global Markets

    2. This is a front end sales role. You will be directly responsible for driving end-to-end sales of our SAAS product from prospecting to closure. You will be expected to sell to diverse set of clients like Phone OEM’s, Phone Retail Chains(Online & Offline), Reverse Logistics company, Repair companies, Refurbishes etc.

    3. Apart from your own sales closures, you will also train & manage a team of Business Development Executives and help them with their closures as well.

    4. The position is based out of Gurgaon and may involve travelling to clients location.

    5. Develop a thorough understanding of Cashify's product, customer categories and competitors

    6. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound. Use Sales Playbook and reach out to the relevant contacts in the accounts assigned to you by sending cold but highly personalised mails

    7. Reach out to inbound leads in timely fashion and pitch for a demo. Customize the sales pitch according to the prospects and the situation.

    8. Responsible for closures for the accounts assigned to you. Prepare well for the demos. Take feedback from the peers. Negotiate and handle objections raised by the client independently.

    9. Review work done by your team. Train and help your team to get better at prospecting/closures.

    10. Ensure that all the activities are updated in CRM.

    Job Specifications:

    1. Must have 5-9 years work experience either already working in roles like Sales, Account Management, Pre-Sales, Sales Support etc. or are keen on -building a long-term career in sales, ex-founders/co-founders will be preferred.

    2. Confident, structured and an incredibly passionate individual who can take ownership of tasks and work independently to ensure quality output and timely completion

    3. Inquisitive personality with exceptional analytical skills and a strong desire to learn

    1. Candidate has to be from telecom industry channel sales with minimum 2 years of sales experience.

The Market Place consists of small and medium sized entrepreneurs who are associated with the second hand market of Mobiles And laptops. They Become partners of cashify and in return of a commission per customer query are given visibility to leads available in assigned geography.Cashify runs its own technical pickup Operations in 20 cities managed by a team of City managers who are responsible for the efficient operations of the Buy Back Specialist . Various tools are in place to enable the same. It focuses on stability and sustainability and growth of the Business.

    Job Purpose: Senior Manager/ AVP Operations is required to focus on stability and sustainability and growth of the operations structure.

    Job Description:

    1. Manage a team of City mangers to ensure monthly, quarterly and Annual targets are achieved.

    2. Ensure Implementation of defined processes across the Operations team.

    3. Innovate and Improve the processes to optimize for performance based on goals of the organization.

    4. Ensure the require support, tools and infrastructure is available to the Team to carry out their duties effectively.

    5. Work with the Business head to ensure timely recruitment and placement take place to cater to the growing demand.

    6. Monitor and report on performance and manage the Profit and Loss account of the operations outfit.

    7. Coordinate with the team and work towards transparency of information flow from the ground up and ensure the technology and processes are in line with the requirements of the Manpower to achieve the desired company objectives.

    8. Good Experience in City Operations, responsible for P&L, Manage and control Pick up Operations for locations Pan India,Customer Experience Ensure quality checked item is picked up in committed time

    9. Conduct route cause analysis for the breaches in the various operation's metrics, suggesting improvements and monitoring the closure of the same , Achieving AOP (Budget Vs. Targets) , Reducing city operational cost People Management,People training plan, People growth .

    10. City team performance review. , Manage Attrition , Build efficiency in support processes for improving Rider experience. , Analyse Rider performance metrics and drive supply team for controlling parameters. , Run retention programs for Riders in a cost effective manner

    11. Design and send out Rider communication daily , Resolve Rider issues within specified time.

    12. Quality and Payout - Define Rider service quality parameters for better customer and merchant experience.

    13. Run exercises for filtering delivery executive for non-adherence to quality standard. Design the payout and incentive structure

    Job Specifications:

    1. Min 4 years of experience with A + Grade reputed College

    2. Good and clear communication Skills is mandatory.

    3. Effective knowledge of reporting tools and ability to learn the working of internal tools fast.

    1. Graduates (Any stream ) + Management Diploma or degree would be an added advantage + Experience in the given filed is not necessary but would be a preference

    Job Purpose: Store Managers are required to handle all the operational activites of the assigned stores, maintain Zero Escalations and high level of customer satisfaction.
