POCO X4 5G Appears on NBTC; To Launch in India Soon?

Talks of POCO launching their X4 lineup soon has been going around for quite some time now. This time, we get to see the POCO X4 5G make an appearance. The handset has now made an appearance on a certification website. This definitely means that the brand is working towards launching the handset soon.

Noted tipster Mukul Sharma took to Twitter to reveal that the POCO X4 5G has been spotted on the NBTC certification website. History is evidence of the fact that a smartphone appearing on NBTC does hint at its imminent launch. Hopefully, this time is no different either.

The X4 lineup will also have the POCO X4 and POCO X4 Pro models under it. Both of these devices have had their fair share of rumour mill reports. Now, a 5G phone is on the way from the brand and we do know of a couple things about it. Now, let us take a quick look at what the X4 5G has in store for us!

As per the NBTC listing, we get to know of the smartphone’s model number. The upcoming POCO device will come with the model number 2201116PG. Now, the NBTC certification finally does confirm the POCO X4 5G moniker. Unfortunately, NBTC certifications do not really reveal any other vital information about devices.

Furthermore, the POCO X4 5G has also received its Indian BIS certification. This gives us the model number 2201116PI. In here, the I stands for it being the Indian variant. With this, we can finally derive that the India launch of the handset is imminent as well.

POCO X4 5G Specifications

Although we can’t really say anything in terms of its specifications at the moment, there are a couple of things we can expect. For starters, fast refresh rates are the trend and the X4 5G will most likely not skip on that. In addition, there will definitely be a 5G chipset powering the device.
