I purchased a refurbished iPad 11th Generation (128 GB, Silver) from Casify today. After receiving the product and checking it properly, I noticed a visible scratch on the display. Since the device was sold as a refurbished product, I was expecting it to be in good condition. The display scratch is concerning and does not match my expectations.
