Apple Inc recently launched four latest models of iPhone 13 models earlier this year in India as well as other international markets. The company’s newest iPhone models arrive with a starting price of Rs 69,900 in India.

Despite being the premium range smartphone, iPhone models rule the market globally. But unfortunately, this year, Apple Inc is grappling to meet the demand because of the global chipset crunch. Earlier the report came where it was mentioned that Apple is trying to deal with the crunch by shifting the production from iPads to iPhone 13. But now the latest report suggests that people may find it difficult to buy the new iPhone models until February 2022.

As per DigiTimes, the company will not be able to meet the demand of the customers for its iPhone 13 till February next year. Although the company has not experienced the crunch severely unlike other smartphone manufacturers.

But users of the Apple iPhone 13 are facing issues as they are not able to get iPhone 13. The supply-demand gap is in a way that Apple reportedly has cut down the iPad production by 50 per cent.

The good news for Apple is that supply chains have managed to stimulate the iPhone 13 production to a certain extent. The company has boosted the production of integrated circuit boards installed within the ‌iPhone‌. However, with the festive season approaching in many parts of the world, the demand is further increasing the gap. Apple CEO Tim Cook, in the recent earnings meeting, also mentioned that the company suffered a loss of $6 billion due to the ongoing chip shortage.
