The invite does not disclose any additional information about the event, and the Cupertino giant will likely unveil a new model of the 24-inch iMac. The current 24-inch iMac was updated in 2021 and uses a M1 chip. It features a 4.5K retina panel with 500 nits of peak brightness. It is available for purchase in seven different colours.

According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, the company will announce a new version of the iMac with a Pro version expected in late 2024 or 2025. Although analyst Ming-Chi Kuo believes the 24-inch iMac will arrive next year.

These new models are likely to use the latest M3 chip. New 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pros with M3 Max chips could also make their debut at the Scary Fast event. The M3 processors could be the most powerful chipsets from the company, with improved efficiency and performance gains.

Contrary to previous reports, Gurman claims that Apple has no plans to introduce new iPad models this year. The company is working on a 12.9-inch iPad Air, making it the largest non-Pro iPad model to date. It plans to launch the iPad Pros with an OLED screen instead of mini-LEDs in March 2024.
