Google Pixel 5A Launch Date Tipped; Might Not Launch in India

Google Pixel 5a is expecting to arrive soon, considering the rumours. However, there’s not a lot of clarity around the details that have surfaced online. As we know, Pixel is always aiming to deliver high-quality smartphone photography. They do it using machine learning algorithms to enrich images. Although without this distinctive feature, it is grasping to ensure profitability in the smartphone business.

Meanwhile, a recent leak reveals the Google Pixel 5A launch date, price, and full specifications, according to the Front Page Tech report. The report says that the smartphone will launch on August 26, 2021. The device will be launching in two markets – the US and Japan. However, it is not launching in India.

Google Pixel 5a 5G will not launch in India?

According to Prosser’s report on Front Page Tech, the Pixel5a launch date is Thursday, August 26th. The device will be available only in the US and Japan through online and physical stores. Alongside, the launch date the price and specifications of the device are also revealed.

According to the report, Google Pixel 5A can sport a 6.4-inch display with a 60Hz refresh rate and the option to force a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone will power on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G chipset paired with 6GB RAM. The phone houses a 4,650mAh battery and does not support wireless charging. The device will get the same cameras similar to the ones on the Pixel 5. In addition, it will come with an IP67 rating and a headphone jack.

In terms of pricing, Google Pixel 5A is said to cost USD 450 (Rs 33,345). As of now, Google is yet to confirm the launch date of the handset. We should get to learn the official launch date of the device as the days pass.
