Back in July, 2021, Realme launched their Watch 2 smartwatch in India. Now, the Realme Watch 2 is all set to get a new colour soon! Till now, the smartwatch only came in a single Black colour variant. Now, that will be changing soon.
Noted tipster Mukul Sharma has revealed to 91Mobiles that the Realme Watch 2 will now get a new Gold colour variant. According to Sharma, this new Gold special colour variant for the smartwatch will go official in November or December of 2021 itself.

As per recent reports, we also know that the Realme GT Master Edition will be getting a new colour option as well. So, we can expect the new colour variants of both the GT ME and Watch 2 to be unveiled together. However, we will most likely not get to see a separate launch event being held for this.
Another thing to note is that the specifications of the upcoming smartwatch will be exactly the same as the vanilla Realme Watch 2. So, going by that, we know what to look forward to in terms of specs. Here is a quick rundown of it.

Realme Watch 2 Specifications and Price
The Realme Watch 2 specs include a 1.4-inch IPS LCD display. In addition, the display comes with a resolution of 320 x 320 pixels. We also get to see a peak brightness of 600 nits and a pixel density of 323 PPI. On top, the display also comes with a 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass protection.
When it comes to features, the smartwatch comes with a heart rate monitoring sensor, SpO2 sensor, Sleep Tracker, calories counter, water reminder and more. In addition, we get to see 90 sports modes in the smartwatch. There is a 3-axis accelerometer, rotor vibration motor and sedentary reminder as well.

The Realme Watch 2 price in India is set at Rs. 3,499. Nothing has been revealed about the price of the Gold colour edition. It is difficult to say right now whether the upcoming colour variant will be priced similarly or slightly higher.
