Moto G Stylus 5G Surfaces on Geekbench, Gets Bluetooth SIG Certification

Motorola is reportedly working on a new smartphone called the Moto G Stylus 5G. The brand is preparing to launch a new stylus-equipped affordable smartphone in the coming months. Now, the device is surfacing on various certification sites leaking some key specs. Moreover, the phone has already surfaced online in the past months. However, now recent certifications like Bluetooth SIG and Geekbench are leaking some details.

According to the Geekbench listing, it will feature an octa-core Qualcomm processor operating at a base frequency of 1.8GHz. Moto G Stylus 5G will also have an Adreno 619 GPU as well. The chipset has six CPU cores clocked at 1.8GHz while two other CPU cores run at up to 2.04GHz. In the end, it all points to Snapdragon 480 5G SoC as the processor. However, there are other leaks hinting at the same.

Furthermore, the listing also confirms the processor is supported by 6GB of RAM. We can expect more storage variants for the Moto G Stylus 5G. It also mentions the device will run Android 11 out of the box. In addition, Moto G Stylus 5G has managed to score 502 points in the single-core round and 1651 in the multi-core section. This is the only information we have from this listing.

Bluetooth SIG Listing

Meanwhile, in the Bluetooth SIG listing, it bears the model number XT2131 and supports Bluetooth 5.1. The Bluetooth SIG listing also hints at multiple variants of the phone with model numbers XT2131-1, XT2131DL, and XT2131-3 for Moto G Stylus 5G.

Other leaks also suggest a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera and slim bezels. Leaked specs suggest it will be a decent budget 5G phone. We are looking at a 6.8-inch FHD+ punch-hole display with a 60Hz refresh rate, up to 6GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging, 3.5mm headphone jack, quad rear camera setup with a 48-megapixel primary shooter, Android 11, and stylus pen support, of course.
