Chinese smartphone manufacturer Oppo has introduced its latest mid-range smartphone, the Oppo Reno 9A, in Japan. The Reno 9A is part of the Reno 9 series and offers impressive features and specifications at an attractive price point. Oppo Reno 9A: Price Details
The Oppo Reno 9A is available at JPY 41,980 (approximately Rs. 25,000) for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant and is available in Moon White and Night Black colour options. Pre-orders are currently open through various e-commerce websites such as Rakuten, YMobile, and Iijmio, with official sales commencing on June 22 in Japan.
Oppo Reno 9A: Specifications
The Oppo Reno 9A boasts a 6.4-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. Providing users with vibrant visuals and smooth scrolling. The display also features a hole-punch cutout in the top left corner, housing the front-facing camera and minimizing bezels for an immersive viewing experience. With a pixel density of 409ppi and up to 180Hz touch sampling rate, the Reno 9A promises a delightful display experience.
Furthermore, the Oppo Reno 9A launched with an octa-core Snapdragon 695 5G SoC coupled with Adreno A61 GPU and 8GB of LPDDR4 RAM. The RAM can further be expanded up to 16GB virtually utilising unused additional storage. Moreover, the device also offers 128GB of inbuilt storage expandable via a microSD card slot up to 1TB. Thus, providing ample space for storing media files, apps, and documents.

Coming to the optics, the handset features a triple rear camera setup led by a 48-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.7 lens. Along with an 8-megapixel ultra wide-angle sensor with a 120-degree field of view and an f/2.2 lens, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor with an f/2.4 lens. Additionally, for selfies and video chats, the handset comes with a 16-megapixel sensor with an f/2.4 lens.
