    Realme GT 5G Launched: Price, Specifications

    Realme GT 5G launched in China on Thursday as the company’s first flagship in 2021. After various teasers, leaks, and reports, it is now official. This new model comes with other premium specifications like a 120Hz screen refresh rate and a triple rear camera setup. Moreover, it draws power from the top-of-the-line Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC.

    Realme GT 5G Price and Availability

    The device’s price in China is CNY 2,799 (approx Rs 31,400) for the 8GB + 128GB model. Whereas, it is CNY 3,299 (approx Rs 37,000) for the 12GB+256GB variant. The smartphone comes in Blue and Silver colors, and a Vegan Lether edition. Furthermore, the smartphone will go on sale starting March 10th.

    Moreover, the company also confirms the global launch of the device.

    RealmeGT 5G Specifications

    This device runs on Realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11. It features a 6.43-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 360Hz touch sampling rate. In addition, Realme GT 5G comes with a 100 percent DCI-P3 wide color gamut, 98 percent NTSC, and 91.7 percent screen-to-body ratio.

    It is powered by the Snapdragon 888 SoC. Moreover, it pairs with up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB storage.

    The Realme GT 5G sports a 64-MP Sony IMX682 primary camera, an 8-MP wide-angle camera with 119-degree field-of-view, and another macro lens with a 4cm range. There is a 16MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats. Additionally, the camera supports PureRaw mode, AI selfies, up to 4K 60fps recording, and more.

    It packs a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging support.

    Connectivity features include 5G Dual-mode, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, and USB Type-C port for charging and data sync. Realme GT 5G also comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos, and Hi-Res audio.
