Which Country Has The Cheapest PS5 Pro?
The cheapest country depends on listed prices, taxes and the total cost of importing the console into India. The US may look cheaper after currency conversion.
Consider these three factors:
- Taxes: VAT may be included in some prices, while US sales tax is often added at checkout.
- Exchange rates: Currency fluctuations and foreign transaction fees affect the final cost.
- Import costs: Shipping, customs duties and courier fees can reduce potential savings.

Why Does PS5 Pro Cost Different Prices Worldwide?
The PS5 Pro’s price is different due to taxes, exchange rates, regional pricing and retailer offers.
1. Taxes and Duties
Some countries include VAT in advertised prices, while others add sales tax at checkout. Import duties may also increase the final cost.
2. Currency Exchange Rates
Exchange rates fluctuate, affecting how prices compare after conversion. Banks may also charge foreign transaction fees.
3. Regional Pricing Strategies
Sony considers local market conditions, purchasing power, competition and distribution costs when setting regional prices. Prices don’t always follow direct currency conversions.
4. Retailer Discounts and Stock
Retailers may offer discounts, bundles or promotional deals. Limited stock can also affect prices.
