The camera is one of the best aspects of Vivo phones, and the V15 Pro is no exception. The 32MP pop-up selfie cam with an f/2.0 aperture functions flawlessly and delivers great selfies in well-lit settings. It is equipped with an AutoFocus sensor, and hence, it is quick to focus. You get options like Live Photo, HDR imaging, filters, and much more.
As for the rear camera, it boasts of a tri-cam setting – an 8MP wide-angle sensor with f/2.2 aperture, 5MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture, and 48MP Quad Pixel sensor with f/1.8 aperture. However, the 48MP cam is actually a 12MP sensor that uses ‘four-in-one’ pixel technology and conjoins four adjacent pixels to a single 1.6um big pixel. This setting allows for clear and detailed low-light and night shots.
When it comes to daylight shots, the Vivo V15 Pro does capture amazing images with accurate color reproduction, lots of details, and a wide dynamic range. If there’s proper lighting, you can use the wide-angle mode to click good close-up images. The rear camera can take some pretty decent snaps in low-light conditions as well. You get a host of useful options like Pro Mode, Portrait lighting, Live images, AR stickers, and even an extensive choice of Beautification options.
Moving on to videos, they come out looking good, thanks to the EIS feature. You can record both 720p and 1080p videos at up to 60fps, and even 4K videos – but only at 30fps.
