At the moment, Cashify gives no option to select a particular delivery slot as per preference for Refurbished Mobiles

The courier service provider will make 3 attempts to deliver your Cashify order for your Refurbished mobile that you have ordered

Cashify will send you an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order. Cashify products are normally shipped within two business days. You will receive an email/SMS with your tracking ID once your order for Refurbished has been shipped. If you have not received the notification, please contact us at store@cashify.in, and we will resent it to you.

Please contact Cashify at store@cashify.in if you have not received your refund within 5-7 business days.

Cashify allows you to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, but you will be charged 2% if you do so.

If Cashify cancels your purchase for reasons such as product availability or failure to pass quality control prior to shipment, your refund will be processed and the amount will be credited to your account within 5-7 business days, depending on the original form of payment.

Due to multiple orders, your product might have gone out of stock at a certain point for Refurbished Mobiles. Please select ‘Notify Me, and Cashify will keep you posted once it’s back in stock.
