iQoo 10 5G Launch in India

iQOO has introduced the iQOO 10 5G in China. This new smartphone is equipped with the most recent Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, in addition to having triple rear cameras. Additionally, a superior photographic experience is provided by the inclusion of Vivo’s V1+ imaging technology in the smartphone. The iQoo 10 5G’s starting pricing for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage configuration is CNY 3,699 (about Rs. 44,000), while the highest-end 12GB RAM + 512GB storage configuration will set you back CNY 4,699 (roughly Rs. 56,000). There are three colour variants available, including black, orange, and a Legendary Edition variant. The iQoo 10 5G is now available for pre-order, and on July 26 this device will be put up for sale to the general public. Timelines for the debut in India have not been disclosed as of now.

iQoo 10 5G Design

Both the iQoo 10 and the iQoo 10 Pro look exactly the same when seen from the front. The selfie camera is located behind the punch-hole in the centre of the phone, and the bezels are very thin. The iQoo 10 5G, on the other hand, has flat corners on the sides. Volume and power buttons are on the right, while everything else is tucked neatly on the left. The iQoo 10 5G has a huge camera island on the back. The back of the phone has an LED flash and three rear-facing camera sensors.

There are three colour choices available for the iQoo 10, including Orange, Black, and BMW Motorsport Edition and the device has a thickness of 8.37 millimetres and weighs 206 grams. On the other hand, the BMW Edition weighs 207 grams and has a thickness of around 8.46 millimetres.

Even though it is a flattened E5 AMOLED screen, the display is still 6.78 inches in size. However, the resolution has been reduced to 1,080 by 2,400 pixels. To be clear, we are not holding an LTPO panel at this time.  The iQOO 10 has a refresh rate of 120Hz, peak brightness of 1,500nits, and a contrast ratio of 80,000,000:1.

The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor is still used to power the smartphone, and the V1+ chip is still included in the device. Interpolation is used to boost gaming frame rates to take advantage of the increased refresh rate display while keeping power consumption and temperature under control with the help of Vivo’s V1+ chip. The memory configuration choices range from 128 to 512 gigabytes of storage, using the UFS 3.1 file system and 8 to 12 gigabytes of RAM using the LPDDR5 standard.

The camera has also been modified in the iQoo 10 5G in comparison to the Pro version. The 50MP GN5 sensor is still used in the main module, but in addition, it now features a standard OIS. Additionally, the ultra-wide lens now only has a field of view of 120 degrees and a resolution of 13 megapixels. Even though it only has a 2x magnification and a 12MP resolution, this model does come with a telephoto camera. The front-facing camera retains a resolution of 16 megapixels.

Battery capacity has been maintained at 4,700mAh as we have seen in the iQoo 10 Pro, however, the maximum power output when wired charging has been reduced to 120W. In everyday terms, this translates to being able to reach a level of charge of 50 per cent in seven minutes and a fully charged battery in nineteen minutes. USB Power Power Delivery with Power Delivery Support is enabled up to 65W, however, there is no option for wireless charging.

iQoo 10 5G Verdict

When it comes to performance, this smartphone will function well regardless of the environment, and the iQoo 10 5G will let you have quality gaming experiences. In addition to that, the charging time is really good, and the display has specifications that are satisfactory. However, the device is on the bulky side, there is no wireless charging, the battery capacity is just 4700 mAh, the front-facing camera is not very good for the price, and the device does not take very good selfies.
