iQOO Z10s 5G is rumoured to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultra chipset. It is expected to run on Android 15 with Funtouch OS and may arrive with 8GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage, though expandable storage might not be an option.

The phone is said to feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 1080 x 2392 pixels. With a punch-hole design, it may offer a screen-to-body ratio of around 93.13%.

In terms of cameras, the iQOO Z10s 5G is expected to sport a dual rear setup, including a 50MP primary sensor and an 8MP secondary sensor, with support for 4K video recording at 30fps. On the front, it may house a 32MP camera capable of recording 1080p videos.

The device is rumoured to pack a 6000mAh battery with 67W Flash charging support. For connectivity, it may offer 5G support, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4, and a USB Type-C port, though a 3.5mm headphone jack might be missing.

Security-wise, the phone is expected to feature an on-screen optical fingerprint scanner and include sensors like a light sensor, proximity sensor, accelerometer, compass, and gyroscope.
