Motorola Moto G Pure

Motorola has unveiled the Moto G Pure, the company’s most affordable phone in the Moto G series. The phone is even less expensive than the Moto E-series models. Besides the large battery and dual-camera arrangement on the back of the Moto G Pure, it has many additional features that should be enough to meet your everyday requirements. Moto G Pure price in India 

In terms of pricing, the Moto G Pure is available for $159.99. (roughly Rs. 12,000). It is possible to pre-order the unlocked model from a variety of retailers including Best Buy, Walmart, B&H Photo, Amazon, and Motorola.com. Later this year, Motorola is expected to release the new Moto G Pure over the border in Canada.  There is no news yet on the Indian availability of the Moro G Pure. 

Motorola Moto G Pure Design 

There are multiple things familiar about the new Moto G Pure’s design compared to the previous smartphones in the Moto G series that were released this year. It is designed similarly to Motorola’s previous year’s smartphones, featuring a pill-shaped rear camera module and a textured rear panel. However,  On the front, it has massive bezels surrounding the screen and a teardrop-shaped notch for the selfie camera.

This phone, like the G Play, is made of plastic and is water and dust resistant to a degree of IP52. The Moto G Pure has a thickness of 8.7 mm and a weight of 188 g, which makes it fit for single-handed usage. Motorola’s logo is etched on the fingerprint scanner, which is likewise located at the rear.  

Motorola Moto G Pure Display 

The Moto G Pure features a big 6.5-inch Max Vision HD+ display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. If you don’t mind the 720p quality, that’s an excellent arrangement for viewing videos with a screen to body ratio of 81%. However, the display will struggle when used outside with its 269 PPI pixel density.

In terms of memory and storage, the Moto G Pure has 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB. Even though the device’s internal capacity is little, there is a micro SD card port for external memory expansion. Motorola’s low-cost smartphone comes pre-installed with Android 11. If you’re looking forward to Android 12, don’t expect it to arrive on this smartphone before the end of the year.

Motorola Moto G Pure Camera 

The G Pure’s camera system is identical to that of the G Play, with the exception that its 13-megapixel primary camera has a narrower f/2.2 aperture than the G Play’s camera. There’s also a 2MP depth sensor and a 5MP selfie camera on the phone as an option.  Due to Motorola’s engaging photo software and intelligent AI, you can play with camera capabilities like Spot Color, Auto Smile Capture and Smart Compose on this smartphone. 

Motorola Moto G Pure Battery 

Motorola says the G Pure’s 4,000mAh battery can last two days without recharging. Those are big claims, but if you’re a cautious user, the track record is good. A day and a half are likely for those who are continuously on their phones. Even though it supports 10W wireless charging, charging the smartphone will not be a pleasant experience because of this.

Motorola Moto G Pure Verdict 

This low-cost smartphone is equipped with an Octa-Core CPU and 3GB of RAM. In addition, the company has included a conventional camera arrangement on both ends, which is backed up by a 4000mAh battery configuration to keep you running all day long. So, if your demands are less, and your budget is low, you may think of it, however, there are other devices at the same price with much better features.
