Razer and Fossil have worked together to create a limited-edition smartwatch for gamers and fitness enthusiasts. The Gen 6 will be available in a limited number of units—1,337 to be exact; as its with other limited edition Razer products. Let’s talk about the features and specifications it offers.
Razer x Fossil Gen 6 Smartwatch
The new collaboration features a black stainless steel Fossil Gen 6 Smartwatch with three Razer watch faces; including analogue, text, and chroma, as well as black and neon green interchangeable silicone bands. A touchscreen digital display, an improved heart rate sensor, an O2 sensor, customisable dials, 8 GB of storage, and other features are included in the 44mm waterproof smartwatch (up to three ATMs). The Gen 6 is also the first smartwatch to use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Wear 4100+ Processor. The new processor offers better speed, performance, and power consumption.
Amazon Alexa Support on Fossil smartwatches
Fossil, a fashion brand based in the United States, has confirmed that it will bring Amazon Alexa to its smartwatches this year.
According to 9To5Google, Alexa will be arriving in Fossil smartwatches alongside the debut of the Skagen Falster Gen 6 and the Fossil x Razer smartwatch. According to the report, Fossil said in a statement that the Alexa app would be available for its smartwatches in the first half of 2022.
This feature will initially be limited to Fossil’s latest Gen 6 smartwatches. These include the Skagen Falster Gen 6, Fossil Gen 6, and the Fossil x Razer watch.
However, it is unknown whether this feature would be extended to older smartwatches, according to the report. Alexa will be available on our Gen 6 devices in the first half of this year; with the possibility of expanding to other devices in the future.
