Google has yet to announce the launch of the Google Pixel 7A formally. But the phone’s expected features are already in the news and making certain rumors. The codename “lynx,” the Pixel 7A is likely to release in the first half of 2023. Moreover, Kuba Wojciechowski, a reputable source, claims that the smartphone will include several improvements over the Google Pixel 6A.
The latest leaks reveal that it may be more expensive than earlier Pixel A-series devices.
Wojciechowski confirmed his prior information on the Chipset that will come with the rumored “lynx” codename phone, which would later be known as the Pixel 7a. Additionally, the tipster verified that Google is using Qualcomm processors for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connection rather than its own Tensor SoC. This serves as the central processor in the smartphone.
According to the claim by Android Police, this will be the first instance of a Tensor-powered smartphone to combine with Qualcomm processors for connection.
Specifications of Google Pixel 7a (Tipped)
The Pixel 7a will include a triple-rear camera sensor with a Samsung 50-megapixel sensor, a 64-megapixel telephoto sensor, and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide angle sensor. Therefore, for the first time, the Pixel A-series will involve the telephoto sensor.
However, the information’s primary source, Kuba Wojciechowski, has since indicated that Google may drop the Samsung 50-megapixel lens from the selection.
Furthermore, the Pixel 7a will have a flagship camera, wireless charging, and more in 2023. This may be the first smartphone in this lineup to have a ceramic body. Moreover, it will also have the same Tensor G2 technology that drives the Pixel 7 Pro. Furthermore, the smartphone may come powered by a Tensor G2 chip.
