HP Pavilion Aero 13 laptops with AMD processors have been launched in India. The AMD Ryzen 5 and 7 5800U mobile processors are combined with AMD Radeon graphics to provide a lightweight notebook that weighs under 1kg. The laptop has a screen-to-body ratio of 90% and is made of post-consumer recycled and ocean-bound plastics, according to the company. For a premium appearance, the HP Pavilion Aero 13 features a whole magnesium aluminium chassis and a four-sided slim bezel. The laptop runs Windows 10, with Windows 11 likely to be available later this year.

In India, the new HP Pavilion Aero 13 laptop costs Rs. 79,999 for the one with an AMD Ryzen 5 5600U processor, and Rs. 94,999 for the variant with an AMD Ryzen 7 5800U processor. Pale Rose Gold, Ceramic White, and Natural Silver are the three colour palettes available for the laptop. It’s available at all HP World stores and online at store.hp.com/in.

The HP Pavilion Aero 13 is currently running Windows 10, however, it will get Windows 11 update later this year. It has a 13.3-inch WUXGA (1920 x 1200) anti-glare IPS display featuring 400 nits brightness, 16:10 aspect ratio, and 100% sRGB. AMD Ryzen 5 5600U and AMD Ryzen 7 5800U processors are used in combination with AMD Radeon graphics. The 45Wh Li-polymer 3-cell battery, according to HP, will last up to 10.5 hours on a single charge. The laptop comes with a 65W charger for quick charging.

The HP Pavilion Aero 13 is a lightweight laptop weighing 970 grams and has Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth v5.2 connectivity. The laptop’s made from post-consumer recycled and ocean-bound plastics, according to the company; saving almost 6,000 plastic bottles from polluting the oceans. There’s 16GB of RAM available, as well as a 512GB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD for storage.
A SuperSpeed USB Type-C 10Gbps port, two SuperSpeed USB Type-A 5Gbps ports, an HDMI 2.0 port, and a headphone/mic combo jack make up for the connectivity ports available on the HP Pavilion Aero 13. It comes with a 720p HD webcam with dual-array digital microphones. The Pavilion Aero 13 is 297x209x16.9mm in dimension.
