Nothing Ear 1 TWS Case Renders Reveals Transparent Design Ahead of Launch

Carl Pei’s tech startup Nothing and StockX announced a partnership to auction a limited stock of its debut product – Ear 1 TWS. This will happen through an early access sale starting from July 19 till July 21. Buyers can get early access to the Nothing Ear 1s at StockX. It is an online marketplace for auctioning limited-edition products like these. Moreover, this collaboration gives us a look into the semi-transparent charging case the brand will offer.

This render reveals the case’s transparent components and a refreshingly aesthetic appeal. It has an unorthodox design that lets nobody say that it’s an AirPods knock-off. If we look at the picture below, there’s a USB-C port on Nothing Ear 1 TWS. In addition, it also looks like it has a pairing button on one side. Although there is also an engraving on the center which looks like “EDITION (1 / 100)”.

It is a square-shaped box with rounded corners. The only difference between these limited-edition Nothing Ear 1 TWS over the regular ones is that engraved number. On the other hand, as for functionality, Nothing has confirmed that the Ear 1 TWS earbuds will support active noise cancellation (ANC) using a three-microphone setup.

Meanwhile, the StockX listing doesn’t provide much in the way of specs, only the usual product stuff. Right now, the product is at its highest bid of $787 at the time of this article’s publishing. Moreover, Nothing’s even partnered up with Unbox Therapy to give away 50 Nothing Ear 1 TWS units on launch day. Everybody else will be able to get access to these on or after July 27 post-launch. In India, the earbuds will be sold via Flipkart.
