According to a fresh rumour, Nothing — the new firm founded by OnePlus creator Carl Pei might unveil its first smartphone – Nothing Phone as early as April. In a series of tweets sent out last month, Pei hinted at the impending release of a new smartphone. Currently, according to a new claim, Pei’s firm might unveil the smartphone as early as next month.
Nothing’s first pair of true wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds, which came in 2021. They are likely to have a translucent design comparable to the transparent design of the phone. However, the business has not yet made public announcements about its debut Nothing Phone.

According to a report by TechCrunch, Nothing creator Carl Pei travelled to Barcelona. Only to demonstrate a prototype of the company’s future Nothing Phone at the Mobile World Congress (MWC). In addition, the storey states that Pei has shown the prototype to several “important executives” from the industry.

However, as per a report by the publication, the device might have “elements of transparency” similar to the Nothing Ear 1 TWS earbuds. They first came out in 2021.
The teaser for Pei’s next smartphone was there on Twitter on February 16 in a series of coded tweets. Pei’s tweets drew responses from the Snapdragon and Android Twitter accounts. Nothing had announced in October 2021 that it had formed a partnership with Qualcomm to use the Qualcomm Snapdragon platform in new products.

As per reports, Nothing was initially working on a smartphone in October 2021, with a release date of early 2022 predicted for the device. The business also purchased smartphone manufacturer Essential, which might aid the company in producing its first smartphone, which is said to be in the works.
