OnePlus Nord 2 Can Launch in Last Week of July: What We Know So Far

OnePlus is bringing new additions to its Nord series smartphones in India. In the past month, they have already launched the Nord CE 5G. On the other hand, the Nord N200 launched in the US on June 15. Now, a recent development confirms the existence of the OnePlus Nord 2. Earlier tipster Mukul Sharma, aka Stufflistings, claims that OnePlus will debut a new smartphone under the Nord series. Moreover, he mentions the launch could happen sometime in July.

OnePlus Nord 2 India launch tipped to be July-end?

Now, in a recent tweet, tipster Mukul Sharma claims that the Nord 2 launch is slated during the last 10 days of July. However, OnePlus is yet to make an announcement on the same. The tipster has also revealed the possible launch date of the upcoming OnePlus phone. Let’s take a look at the launch date, specifications, and other leaked details.

According to the tweet above, OnePlus Nord 2 is likely to debut on July 24 in India. If this is true, the company will soon make an announcement for the same. Meanwhile, OnePlus has deleted all its posts from Nord’s official Instagram account. It seems like the company is preparing for a fresh bout of marketing for its upcoming Nord phone.

Separately, renders and specs of the OnePlus Nord 2 have surfaced online quite a few times now. According to the leaks, the device is expecting to draw power from a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC. It listed on the AI Benchmark website with 8GB of RAM. OnePlus is expected to launch more RAM and storage options in India. Moreover, there are rumors that it can feature a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and an in-display fingerprint sensor. It will have a triple-camera setup on the back. Rumors suggest that the OnePlus Nord 2 will have a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and another 2MP sensor. For the selfies, the device might opt for a 32MP shooter inside a punch-hole notch.
