OnePlus Nord 2 To Launch Soon in India?

OnePlus is gearing up for the launch of new Nord series smartphones in India. In the past month, we have already confirmed the Nord CE 5G launch officially. However, now a recent leak hints towards a Nord N200 launch in the US on June 15. Now, a recent development confirms the existence of the OnePlus Nord 2. Tipster Mukul Sharma, aka Stufflistings, claims that OnePlus will debut a new smartphone under the Nord series. Moreover, he mentions the launch could happen sometime in July.

OnePlus Nord 2 India launch tipped

As of now, only its existence is leaking not many details are out on the OnePlus Nord 2. Earlier, popular tipster, Digital Chat Station confirms again that OnePlus is working on a phone running on MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset. Back in March, a report by Android Central mentioned the same. Moreover, the reports of its launch happening soon are surfacing online. According to the tipster, OnePlus is planning to launch a new OnePlus phone with MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset. It does not specify which one or mentions any moniker.

However, this phone is most likely to launch as the OnePlus Nord 2, which will be the original Nord successor. On the other hand, the OnePlus Nord CE 5G is confirmed to succeed the OnePlus Nord N10 5G. Also, OnePlus Nord was the first OnePlus phone to feature a chipset outside of the flagship Snapdragon 800 series. According to leaks, the device will come with a big hardware upgrade. The upcoming OnePlus phone will run on MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, improved cameras, display, and battery. OnePlus Nord 2 will probably feature a 64MP main camera inside a quad-camera system.
