Oppo isn’t ready to abandon its dual periscope camera setup. A recent leak reveals that the upcoming Oppo Find X9 Ultra will stand out as the only flagship in its class to feature these specs. It will sport two periscope telephoto lenses. While many competitors opt for a single telephoto lens, Oppo has been moving in the opposite direction for several generations now. So, read ahead for more details on this upcoming flagship.
OPPO Find X8 Ultra Specs: Flagship Camera
The Oppo Find X9 Ultra specs include a quad-camera system co-developed with Hasselblad. It could come with a 200MP main sensor paired with three 50MP lenses.

Two of these lenses are periscope telephotos, while the third is an ultrawide sensor. This setup makes it one of the rare devices to offer two 50MP sensors on the back. With dual periscope lenses, the phone allows for zooming at various distances without the need for digital cropping. This setup provides users with greater flexibility and improved image quality when shifting between zoom levels.
Other Specifications And Launch Timeline
The OPPO Find X9 Ultra is expected to feature a 2K flat display, powered by Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset, and will run ColorOS 16, likely based on Android 16.
The standard Find X9 and Find X9 Pro are anticipated to release later this year, with the Find X9s and Find X9 Ultra potentially launching in early 2026.
