Electronic Company Poco has launched a new smartphone under its Poco X5 series this month. At the same time, the company has made new preparations for its customers once again. The good news for the customers of Poco is that Poco C55, another new smartphone of Poco, is going to be introduced very soon.

Poco C55 is expected to be a rebranded version of Xiaomi Redmi 12C, which launched in China in January earlier this year. However, even after releasing the teaser, official information regarding the price and features of the device has not yet been revealed by the company.

A tweet from the Poco India handle read “Hold on to your seat, POCO C55 is coming soon,” followed by a short seven-second video. Reliable tipster Kacper Skrzypek suggested, in a tweet quoting the post, that the upcoming smartphone will be a rebranded Redmi 12C.

Market experts are claiming that Poco’s new smartphone C55 will be a low-budget smartphone. Its price can be Rs. 10,000.

Design:

As per the leaked images, Poco C55 is expected to have a leathery finish on the back with the brand’s signature camera module. The smartphone could be available in the forest green colour option.

Specifications:

The smartphone is expected to feature a 6.71-inch HD+ display. The device is likely to come powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 chipset backed with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB storage.

The smartphone is likely to pack a 5,000mAh battery that will support 10W charging. Talking about the cameras, it is expected to have a dual camera setup that may include a 50-megapixel main camera. For selfies and video calls, the smartphone may also have a 5-megapixel front camera.
