Realme GT 5G is getting ready to launch soon in markets outside China. To recall, the device first launched in China back in March however, its’ international debut is still happening. Now, it looks like the device will launch in India soon considering the teasers surfacing online. In addition, there is some information about the phone’s arrival in the European market. According to tipster Mukul Sharma’s tweet, the device’s global launch is taking place on June 15.
The global launch of the Realme GT 5G will be live-streaming across Realme’s social channels like Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. Meanwhile, as per a report, the device also surfaced as an accidental listing on the company’s official website. It reveals the 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage version of the phone in Racing Yellow color is available for a price of 549 euros (~$670) in Europe. Although now removed – it will be shipping to markets like Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Portugal. Hence, it is not clear which other European countries will be receiving the handset.

Realme GT 5G Specifications
This device runs on Realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11. It features a 6.43-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 360Hz touch sampling rate. In addition, Realme GT 5G comes with a 100 percent DCI-P3 wide color gamut, 98 percent NTSC, and 91.7 percent screen-to-body ratio.
It is powered by the Snapdragon 888 SoC. Moreover, it pairs with up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB storage.

The Realme GT 5G sports a 64-MP Sony IMX682 primary camera, an 8-MP wide-angle camera with 119-degree field-of-view, and another macro lens with a 4cm range. There is a 16MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats. Additionally, the camera supports PureRaw mode, AI selfies, up to 4K 60fps recording, and more.
It packs a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging support.

Connectivity features include 5G Dual-mode, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, and USB Type-C port for charging and data sync. Realme GT 5G also comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos, and Hi-Res audio.
