Xiaomi launched their Redmi 10 Prime model in India on September 3, 2021. During the virtual launch event, the company announced the price, specifications and availability details of the device. The smartphone will finally go on sale in the country at 12 PM IST from today onwards. We will be seeing two RAM and storage options for the device alongside three distinct colour options. Redmi 10 Prime Price in India, Offers and Availability
The Redmi 10 Prime price in India is set at Rs. 12,499 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage variant. Further, the 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage variant comes with a price tag of Rs. 14,499. When it comes to the availability of the device, it will go on sale via Amazon, Mi.com, and Mi Home stores starting today at 12 noon in India.

There are a couple of offers on the device as well. These include an instant discount of Rs. 750 via HDFC Bank Credit cards, Debit cards and EMI options. Lastly, the handset will be available in the Blue, Black and White colour options.
Redmi 10 Prime Specifications
The Redmi 10 Prime comes with a 6.5-inch Full-HD+ IPS LCD display. In addition, the display comes with a resolution of 2,400 x 1,080 pixels alongside Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top. Further, the display comes with a peak brightness of 400 nits along with a contrast ratio of 1500:1. We also see a fast 90Hz refresh rate on the device with Reading Mode 3.0.

On the processor front, the device is powered by the MediaTek Helio G88 SoC. In addition, the processor pairs up with the Mali G52 MC2 GPU. The processor and GPU pair up with up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of internal storage. We can also see 2GB of expandable RAM support on the device. Furthermore, the internal storage on the device is expandable via a microSD card slot. When it comes to software, the Redmi 10 Prime runs on Android 11 with the MIUI 12.5 custom skin on top.
For photos and videos, the 10 Prime features a quad rear camera setup. The setup includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor alongside an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor. There are two 2-megapixel sensors in the setup for macro and depth shots, respectively. At the front, we can see an 8-megapixel selfie shooter.

Moving to the battery, the Redmi 10 Prime specs also include a big 6000mAh battery. The battery also comes with 18W fast charging support. The good thing is that a 22.5W charging brick is provided by the company right in the box. Further, the handset also comes with 9W reverse charging support. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Dual-Band Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v5.1 and a USB Type-C port for charging purposes. Moreover, the device comes with Xiaomi’s trademark IR Blaster as well. When it comes to dimensions, the device measures 161.95 X 75.57 X 9.56 mm and weighs 192 grams.
