    Samsung Galaxy S22: What To Expect?

Samsung has recently launched a bunch of different devices in both the flagship and budget mid-ranger segment. In the flagship segment, we have the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3. On the other hand, the budget segment has witnessed the recent launch of the Samsung Galaxy M32 5G and the Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G. Now, the company is working towards introducing their Samsung Galaxy S22 series of flagship devices in India.

However, an important thing to note here is that, like other times when Samsung only launches the Exynos variant of its flagship devices in India, this time we will most likely be getting the Snapdragon 898 chipset variant for the S22 in the country. Now, this is great news for all the Snapdragon fans out there who have been waiting for this to happen. The Samsung Galaxy S22 launch date is currently under wraps but we can expect to see it launch in January or February of 2022.

Noted tipster Tron took to Twitter to reveal that Samsung is gearing up to reportedly launch the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S22 series of smartphones with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 898 SoC. The chipset will be used in the flagship series of devices that will reportedly launch in early 2022.

Now, in this tweet, Tron links a report which states that Samsung is basically facing issues with the manufacturing of their Exynos 2200 SoC. Further, it also goes on to state that Qualcomm has proposed a price cut on its units which makes it the ideal choice for Samsung.

Moreover, this particular report by Clien.net also states that regions like India and South-East Asia will be getting the Qualcomm Snapdragon 898 variant on the upcoming Galaxy S22 series. In addition, regions like North America, Korea and Hong Kong will also be getting the Snapdragon variant. However, regions like South America and Europe shall be getting the Exynos 2200 SoC variant this time.

However, Samsung has not revealed anything officially on this front. Although we do expect the company to reveal something on this front soon. The Samsung Galaxy S22 series of devices have been in the leaks for quite some time now. The vanilla Galaxy S22 and the Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus, both the devices will reportedly come with a triple rear camera setup. The setup will include a 50-megapixel primary sensor alongside two 12-megapixel sensors for ultra-wide and telephoto shots, respectively. Additionally, the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra may feature the recently announced 200-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL HP1 sensor.

When it comes to the display, the vanilla S22 will most likely feature a 6.06-inch display. On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus is expected to arrive with a larger 6.51-inch display. Further, the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra will come with an even larger 6.81-inch display. According to a report, the S22 series of devices could arrive with a whopping 65W fast charging support. Now, this is a lot of charging speed for Samsung as currently, the company provides at the most 25W of fast charging on its flagship devices.
