The price of the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 has allegedly been leaked ahead of their scheduled August launch. Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 true wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds are expected to be the successors to the Galaxy Buds and Galaxy Buds+. They’re expected to launch alongside the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 at the company’s ‘Unpacked’ event in August. The Galaxy Buds 2 design was recently leaked, indicating that the earbuds will be available in four colors. They will also feature two microphones on the outside.

Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Price (Expected)
The Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 will be priced between $149 (approximately Rs. 11,000) and $169 (roughly Rs. 12,600), according to tipster Yogesh. The Samsung Galaxy Buds, for reference, were released in February 2019 for $129 (approximately Rs. 9,600) and are still available for that price in the United States. Samsung launched the Galaxy Buds+ a year later for $149.99. However, they are currently available in the US for $99.99 (approximately Rs. 7,400).

The Samsung Galaxy Buds Live was unveiled in August of last year for $169.99. It is still available in the United States. Finally, the $199 (roughly Rs. 14,800) Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro launched in January of this year. The Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 are estimated to cost the same as the Galaxy Buds+ and Samsung Galaxy Buds Live. They will be competing with Apple’s Beats Studio Buds, which were released a few weeks ago for $149.
The Samsung Galaxy Buds 2’s design and color variants were supposedly leaked recently. They’ll be available in four different colors: black, green, purple, and white. In comparison to their predecessors, they appear to have a slightly different design. On the outside, two microphones for noise cancellation can be seen. While on the inside, wear detection sensors identify when the earbuds have been pulled out of the ear.

The company has yet to announce a release date or any other information on the Galaxy Buds 2. They’ll be unveiled in August when the company organizes its annual ‘Unpacked’ event.
