Samsung is still finalizing the rollout of its Android 15-based One UI 7 update. This process has seen its share of hiccups. But, signs suggest the Korean tech giant may already be gearing up to rollout the One UI 8 beta program. So, here is everything you need to know about this update.
One UI 8 Beta Rollout Details

Users of the Samsung Members app in several countries — including South Korea — have started seeing the notification, suggesting that an official announcement about the One UI 8 beta program could be just around the corner.
What New To Expect From This Update?
At the Google I/O 2025 developer keynote, Google gave a first look at how Live Updates will function on stock Android, including devices running Android 16 (One UI 8) like the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. On Samsung phones, these real-time updates will appear in the Now Bar after the rollout of One UI 8. Initially, Live Updates support apps for food delivery, navigation, and ride-hailing, though Google hinted that support could expand to other app categories over time based on user needs. Additionally, Live Updates are set to make their way to Galaxy Watches via a Wear OS update expected in late 2026.
