Vaio made a comeback in India last month with a couple of affordable laptops. Now, the company announces a high-end notebook globally, Vaio Z (2021). It comes as the latest flagship laptop from Japan-based Vaio Corporation. Moreover, it comes with a contoured carbon fiber build that can bring “exceptional toughness” — along with a lightweight design.
Vaio Z (2021) also features an 11th-generation Intel Core i7 processor and Intel Iris Xe graphics. In addition to the regular model, the company brings the Signature Edition that offers a carbon fiber texture. To recall, the Vaio lineup got its Z-series flagship model in 2016.
Vaio Z (2021) Price
The entry-level Vaio Z variant costs USD 3,579 (approx Rs 2,60,000). Whereas, the maxed-out version costs USD 4,179 (approx Rs 3,00,000). The laptops may cost even more in India if the company plans to bring them to the country.

VaioZ (2021) Specifications
It comes with a 14-inch 4K HDR 10-certified screen that covers 99.8% of the DCI-P3 gamut. This, in turn, is making it ideal for content creators who need a color-accurate display on the go.
Its integrated 2MP 1080p webcam comes with a privacy shutter and an IR sensor that allows for Windows Hello functionality. Moreover, there appears to be only one choice of CPU for the Vaio Z 2021 – the new Intel Tiger Lake i7-11375H. It comes with an integrated Intel Iris Xe GPU.
It supports up to 2TB of solid-state storage and 32GB of DDR4 RAM on Vaio Z (2021). Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, 1x Thunderbolt 4.0 port, 1x USB Type-C port, 1x HDMI 2.0 port, 1x DisplayPort 1.4 and a 3.5mm headphone/mic audio jack.
Moreover, Vaio claims that the Vaio Z’s 53Wh battery can offer up to 10 hours of backup.
