Vivo recently unveiled its Vivo X90 series in China and is now planning to launch it in the global markets as well. But ahead of its launch, the price, specifications and other details have leaked online. A report on Newzonly.com by tipster Paras Guglani reveals that the company is all set to release its X90 series in the Malaysian market. It also revealed that the series will only include the Vivo X90 5G and Vivo X90 Pro for the global markets and exclude the Vivo X90 Pro Plus.

As per a report, the series will launch in the Malaysian markets on January 31, 2023, and will go on sale from February 2, 2023. Moreover, sources suggest that the handsets may launch on the same date in India as well. However, the company hasn’t confirmed or revealed anything as of yet.

Price And Availability

As per a report, the Vivo X90 will cost RM 3,699 (approx Rs 69,170). Whereas the Vivo X90 Pro may come with a price tag of RM5,299 (approx Rs 98,975). Moreover, it is expected that the vanilla model will arrive in two colour options – Breeze Blue and Asteroid Black. In contrast, the Pro variant will be available in Legendary Black colour. In terms of storage, the handsets are expected to come in a single storage variant – 12GB+256GB – for both models.

The Vivo X90 series handsets may likely feature a 6.78-inch Full HD Plus AMOLED display. Along with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1300 nits of peak brightness. The smartphones will likely feature a MediaTek Dimensity 9200 chipset and up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Moreover, they will run on Android 13-based Funtouch OS 13.

Regarding camera configuration, the handsets are likely to feature a triple rear camera unit. The Vivo X90 will feature a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide and a 12-megapixel portrait sensor. In contrast, the Vivo X90 Pro will feature a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 12-megapixel portrait telephoto camera. Additionally, both smartphones will feature a 32-megapixel front camera for selfies and video chats.
